This is one of our original best selling WLT cover up/ dress! We are calling it The Waikiki This dress is one size and has adjustable straps. It has a handkerchief look to it and can be worn flowy or you can tie it back for a more fitted look. Or tie it in front for another pretty option! Hand block printed in India. 100% cotton This Dress is sheer and meant to be worn over a bathing suit. Some have worn it with under garments too though. Wash in cold water and air dry or on delicate cycle .
